**Non-Refundable Registration Fees**

**Registration Fees**:
All registration fees paid for the conference event are non-refundable. By submitting your registration and payment, you acknowledge that the fees are final and shall not be returned under any circumstances.

**Cancellation Policy**: In the event of cancellation by the attendee, the registration fee is forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.

**Compensation Possibilities**

**Transfer of Registration**: If you are unable to attend the conference, you may transfer your registration to another individual. This transfer must be communicated to the event organizers in writing at least 3 days before the event.

**Substitution Policy**: If the event organizer makes changes to the event format, date, or venue, the registration will remain valid without any financial liability on the part of the organizers. Attendees may still have the option to substitute another attendee in place of the original registrant, following the above transfer policy.

**General Terms**

**Acknowledgment of Terms**: All participants are required to accept these terms upon registration. Failure to comply with these policies may result in denial of access to the event.

**Amendment of Policies**: The event organizers reserve the right to amend these policies as necessary and will notify registrants of any changes via the contact information provided at the time of registration.
